Cancellation Policy

1. Either party may cancel the entire accommodation until 180 days prior to the arrival of the group, without paying any fee or penalty. The first deposit of 10 % which will not be refunded under any circumstances is excluded from the scope of this clause. 2. From 179 days (included) to 120 days (included) prior to the arrival of the group, the Customer is allowed to make a reduction up to 40 % in the reserved/blocked room nights. Any cancellation over 40 % shall be charged to Customer as no-show fee. 3. From 119 days (included) to 90 days (included) prior to the arrival of the group, the Customer is allowed to make a reduction up to 30 % in the reserved/blocked room nights. Any cancellation over 30 % shall be charged to Customer as no-show fee. 4. From 89 days (included) to 45 days (included) prior to the arrival of the group, the Customer is allowed to make a reduction up to 20 % in the reserved/blocked room nights. Any cancellation over 20 % shall be charged to Customer as no-show fee. 5. From 44 days (included) to 15 days (included) prior to the arrival of the group, the Customer is allowed to make a reduction up to 10 % in the reserved/blocked room nights. Any cancellation over 10 % shall be charged to Customer as no-show fee. 6. From 14 days (included) to 5 days (included) prior to the arrival of the group, the Customer is allowed to make a reduction up to 5 % in the reserved/blocked room nights. Any cancellation over 5 % shall be charged to Customer as no-show fee. 7. Within 4 days (included) prior to the arrival of the group, any cancellation shall be charged to Customer as no-show fee regardless of the percentage of the reduction.
