Cancellation Policy
In case of postponement or cancellation of the event:
•After confirmation of the booking is made, deposit paid will not be refunded.
•Less than 1 (one) month of the event date, 50% of the estimated total cost will be charged.
•Less than 2 (two) weeks of the event date, 75% of the estimated total cost will be charged.
•Less than 1 (one) week of the event date, 100% of the estimated total cost will be charged.
•When the event is in progress and there is a cancellation of agreed functions/stay, the full period of stay and/or catering function prepared will be charged to the client if the cancellation period is less than 72 hours in writing.
