Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy: Deposit: A deposit of 10% of the total banquet room rental fees is needed to secure the booking Advance payment: Full payment of the total estimated banquet charges as determined one month prior to the date of the event (including the cost of banquet room rental, food and beverages, and equipment and such) must be wire transferred to the hotel’s bank account by no later than 20 days prior to the first day of the scheduled event. Cancellation: The following charges will be incurred in the case of cancellation or change of dates.  If cancellation is made 90 to 120 days prior to the date of the event, no refund of the deposit will be given and all arrangements already in process will be billed at actual cost.  If cancellation is made 20 to 89 days prior to the date of the event, no refund of the deposit will be given, and the charges for all arrangements already in process and banquet room rental fees will be billed at actual cost.  If cancellation is made 10 to 19 days prior to the date of the event, a full refund of the deposit will be given, however, the client will be liable for 50% of the total estimated banquet charges (including the cost of banquet room rental, food and beverages, equipment and such) and all arrangements already in process will be billed at actual cost.  If cancellation is made 1 to 9 days prior to the date of the event, a full refund of the deposit will be given, however, the client will be liable for 80% of the total estimated banquet charges (including the cost of banquet room rental, food and beverages, equipment and such) and all arrangements already in process will be billed at actual cost.  If cancellation is made on the date of the event or if a client changes the date of the event at any time, a full refund of the deposit will be given, however, the client is liable for 100% of the total estimated banquet charges. Balance payment: The balance of payment for actual charges incurred must be settled on the day of the event (preferably with a corporate credit card). The hotel will arrange for refund of any payments received that exceed the actual costs incurred.
