Cancellation Policy
A cancellation must be communicated as early as possible. Shanti Maurice must be notified in writing by the organizer. If the event is completely cancelled by the organizer, Shanti Maurice will charge according to the following policy unless otherwise agreed. • Until 30 days prior to arrival: free of charge • 29 – 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of total amount will be charged • 13 – 0 days prior to arrival: 100% of total amount will be charged Cancellation of individual rooms: • Until 30 days prior to arrival: free of charge • 29 – 14 days prior to arrival: 1 room can be cancelled free of charge • 13 – 0 days prior to arrival: 100% of total amount will be charged
