CANCELLATION POLICY: If the group entirely cancels a signed contract, the following penalties will be applied: From contract signature – 6 months prior to group arrival 25% room rental charges 6 – 3 months prior to group arrival 50% room rental charges 3 months – 14 days prior to arrival 75% room rental charges 14 days or less prior to the day of arrival 100% room rental charges)
Facility Restrictions
The meeting room is approximately 400 sq ft. and can accommodate 20 people in u shape, screen, and projector available. Located in our famous Restaurant Fiorella the meeting room is on the mezzanine floor with daylight, with glass walls all over. Amazing for a small meeting with urban decor and gastronomic food.

ATTRITION POLICY: In the case that the client decides to reduce its room block, he has to refer to the above attrition chart indicating the percentage of the room block, and thus the number of rooms, that can be release without any penalty.
