GUEST ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS are provided on the attached information sheet. Our guest rooms are located within our six separate buildings encompassed by beautiful farm land. Each guest room offers a private bathroom. The Guest House also has a fourth full bath in the hall. If anyone in your group should have a need for any special accommodations, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements accordingly.
**We require all groups over 10 to master bill all costs associated with their retreat – including guest room accommodations. Groups under 10 may pay individually.
*DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION/HANDLING FEES – we require one-half of the total amount to be paid to us by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or AMEX only) within two weeks of booking your reservation in order for us to hold the space for your conference. If cancelled within the 60 days prior to the conference date, we require full payment, less any bookings we make for that time period. If an outstanding balance remains two weeks after the departure date of your conference, we will process a charge to the credit card on file. If you postpone the conference to another date, we will gladly move your deposit to the new date. However, if you must postpone your conference a second time (and each subsequent time thereafter) a handling fee of $50 for each date change will be imposed.
The Inn at Serenbe is the ideal location for an executive retreat, team-building function, overnight or day corporate meeting.
Serenbe is conveniently located only 25 minutes south of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. There are three conferences rooms that can accommodate gatherings from 10-60 participants. We also offer an open-air lake pavilion suitable for groups of 100-400.

The Inn at Serenbe has 19 guest rooms located between 6 buildings on the Inn grounds and an additional 13 properties in the Serenbe Community. We offer rates for single, double and maximum occupancy.

Our conference center provides the latest in multimedia facilities including a 125-inch screen with computer connectivity for any presentation. Wireless internet is also provided as well as hard-wire connections.
