The Peninsula Paris celebrated its twelfth award win of 2015 when it was bestowed with the prestigious ‘World Leading Landmark Hotel’ accolade at the World Travel Awards Grand Final Gala in Morocco. The striking property – which opened to much acclaim on 1 August 2014 – started their 2015 winning streak when it was recognised by Travel + Leisure’s 2015 It List as one of the ‘Best New Hotels Around the Globe’ . Revered lifestyle title Tatler soon celebrated Peninsula Paris’ stylish urban retreat within their annual Spa Guide whilst international editions of prestigious travel publication Conde Nast Traveler heralded the arrival of Peninsula Paris within their annual ‘Hot List’ The spa continued to garner recognition as ‘France’s Best Hotel Spa’ at the World Spa Awards in Vietnam and was cited as ‘The Best Spa Hotel in Europe’ by Prix Villégiature. Autumn was a bumper award season for the Parisian abode when it picked up ‘France’s Leading Luxury Hotel’ at the World Travel Awards and the discerning readers of Conde Nast Traveler rated it as the ‘Best Hotel in France’, ‘Fifth Best in Europe’ and as one of the ‘Top 50 in the World’ – an exceptional feat for a property, which at the time of voting submissions, was a mere year old. Cancellation Policy

A. FULL CANCELLATION A full cancellation of the event will generate cancellation fees as follow:  Cancellation until 180 days before arrival: 10% of the contracted amount ;  Cancellation between 179 and 121 days before arrival: 30% of the contracted amount ;  Cancellation between 120 and 91 days before arrival: 50% of the contracted amount ;  Cancellation between 90 and 31 days before arrival: 70% of the contracted amount ;  Cancellation between 30 and 9 days before arrival: 90% of the contracted amount ;  Cancellation less than 8 days before arrival : 100% of the contracted amount ; B. REDUCTION IN NUMBERS In the event that you reduce your guest room requirements between the date of the signing of this agreement and the dates stated below no withdrawal fees will be due. The percentages below are not applicable on a cumulative basis. Days before arrival /Reduction in numbers allowed without withdrawal fees due More than 180 days before arrival / 90% of original daily block per room type 179-121 days before arrival/70% of original daily block per room type 120-91 days before arrival/50% of original daily block per room type 90-31 days before arrival/30% of original daily block per room type 30-15 days before arrival /5% of original daily block per room type Less than 14 days before arrival/0% of original daily block per room type In the event that you reduce your guest room requirements beyond the levels set out above you shall pay the Hotel as withdrawal fees a monetary amount equal to the difference between the percentage of original daily block per room type noted above and the percentage reduction of original daily block per room type that you notify to us, calculated on a per room type basis. In case of attrition, the percentage of rooms cancelled will apply to the meeting space as well. The hotel will not be obliged to keep the meeting space originally contracted if the room block has substantially reduced. Rates and conditions of this contract are applicable on a minimum of 10 rooms per night.
