In an environment inspired by nature, Longhouse showcases ocean-fresh, handcrafted and made to order sushi rolls and sashimi; as well as, delicious appetizers and small plates that offer traditional Asian rice and noodle dishes. Longhouse features bar top and table seating for 35 guests, offering a mindfully curated menu, a variety of sake and sake flights, Asian and craft beers, as well as signature craft cocktails featuring sake and Japanese Whisky. In addition to their full menu, Longhouse serves a generous late-night menu from midnight to 2am Sunday through Thursday, and midnight until 3am on Friday and Saturday nights. The sleek Longhouse design, with high ceilings and clean lines, creates an intimate and unique experience for couples and small groups at our 40-foot-long sushi, noodle, and cocktail bar. A floor-to-ceiling picture window dominates the space, bringing in natural light and breathtaking views. Original Salish artwork is set amongst natural cut timber, black metal pendant fixtures, and ocean blue accents serves as the perfect atmosphere to enjoy Pacific Northwest sushi and handcrafted noodles.

I received a PhD in Flavor and Fragrance Chemistry, was named one of the Top 25 Food Entrepreneurs of the Last Quarter Century by Gourmet Magazine and dedicated my life to creating dining and drinking experiences that linger long after you leave. Why am I telling you all of this? Because what’s on this menu and what surrounds you is the culmination of my life’s work and I couldn’t be more excited to share it with you. Our drink selection covers the preference spectrum, from old-school beers to outlandish cocktails and our long list of food guarantees that anyone will find something to try and something to fall in love with. You can also see our TV screens from every seat in the house, some of them tuned to sports, some music videos and the rest are on what we’ve dubbed TomTV, which is personalized, hand-curated content exclusive to the Tom’s Urban ilani crowd.
