Narita DIRECTIONS Take Shinkukou Expressway to Miyanogi Junction. Follow this road, then take Shuto Wangan Highway until Tatsumi Junction. Change onto Metropolitan Expressway and exit at Shinjuku exit. The hotel is on your left. Distance from Hotel: 48 mi. Drive Time: 90 min. Haneda DIRECTIONS From Haneda Airport, take the Shuto Wangan Highway to Ohi Junction and change onto the Metropolitan Expressway. Kumano Shrine

Metropolitan Government Building

Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building was designed by Kenzo Tange and the construction was completed in December 1990.Later in April 1991, Tokyo Metropolitan Government moved its headquarter from north Yurakucho to where it is today. Metropolitan Government consists of 48-story first building, 34-story second building, 7-story Metropolitan assembly building, and 300 square meters citizen plaza. More than 10,000 staff works for it. In the scenic room in the 45th floor, you can enjoy watching the view from 202 meters above the ground and see whole Tokyo and as far as Mount Fuji and Boso.
