Cancellation Policy

ACCOMMODATION ATTRITION POLICY Applicable charges for attrition made between the following review periods Sixty (60) days prior to arrival - Group can be cancelled with no charges Forty-five (45) days prior to arrival - Fifty percent (50%) of room nights can be cancelled with no charge. Remaining room nights cancelled will attract a fifty percent (50%) cancellation fee Thirty (30) days prior to arrival - One (1) night charge for room nights reserved Fourteen to Twenty-one (14 to 21) days prior to arrival - Fifty percent (50%) of room charges for the period reserved Within fourteen (14) days of arrival - Full charges for all room nights booked and no refund of any deposits paid to the hotel FUNCTION SPACE CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT POLICY Cancellation/ postponement refers to the complete deletion/postponement of the meeting, not to elimination of portions of the program or to individual room cancellations. Cancellation Date Range Liquidated Damages (Expressed as % of Lost Revenue‡) Upon confirmation - 50% of estimated event charges as booked will be charged Between 90 to 61 days prior to arrival - 75% of estimated event charges as booked will be charged Between 60 to 31 days prior to arrival - 85% of estimated event charges as booked will be charged Within 30 days of arrival - 100% of total estimated event charges as booked and no refund of any deposits paid to the hotel ‡ Lost Revenue is defined as the sum total of anticipated revenue prior to the attrition and/or cancellation, from rooms, food and beverage functions, service charges, miscellaneous charges, and miscellaneous revenue such as spa, mini-bar, telephone, gift shop, business centre, etc. which are cancelled in full or in part by the Patron or which the Patron fails to take up at the time of the Event.
