The Resort is pleased to offer the following “Signature Events” benefits throughout the period of the event in the Resort.
For an event group booking of 25 or more Guest Rooms and paying a minimum function room spend of S$8,000++, select three benefits from Bonus Options A
For an event group booking of 40 or more Guest Rooms and paying a minimum function room spend of S$10,000++, select four benefits from Bonus Options A and B
Bonus Options A:
• One (1) complimentary Guest Room upgrade for Event Organizer
• One (1) complimentary round trip airport transfer
• Complimentary LCD projector with two wireless microphones
• Complimentary coffee, tea and soft drinks throughout the Event for up to forty (40) delegates
• 15% discount on charges for use of Resort audio-visual equipment
Bonus Options B:
• Two (2) complimentary Guest Rooms for Event Organizer(s)
• Two (2) complimentary round-trip airport transfers
• One (1) complimentary welcome cocktail for each delegate with one hour standard open bar for up to 40 persons
• 10 % credit for Organizer’s next event at any Shangri-La Hotel, Resort or Traders Hotel**
** Standard terms and conditions of Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts as well as all prevailing policies shall apply including:
- A minimum total Event spending of US$5,000 is required for the future event, excluding service charge and prevailing government taxes.
- Credit is based on non-commissionable Guest Room rates.
- The 10 % credit towards Organizer’s next event is calculated on the basis of total Event expenses and capped at US$5,000.
- Credit is non-accumulative and shall only be used for Organizer’s next event at one time.
- Earned credits are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the Organizer.
- All credits earned must be used within six months of the last day of the Event.
