Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy for the resort varies based on seasonality and particular packages and/or promotions. Below is the standard cancellation policy:
January 6 - May 31: Please cancel at least 21 days in advance of arrival. Deposits on reservations cancelled within 21 days are non-refundable.
June 1 - December 16: Please cancel at least 14 days in advance of arrival. Deposits on reservations cancelled within 14 days are non-refundable.
December 17 - January 5: Please cancel 90 days in advance of arrival. Deposits on reservations cancelled within 90 days are non-refundable.
