Very beautifully located near the forest and park at lake Lilla Björk in Närke, is Svartå Herrgård, built in 1782 by Carl Falke. Housecharacter is thoroughly well preserved but also corresponds to modern requirements for comfort. The hotel offers 38 rooms of which 18 are double rooms and 20 single rooms spread over the mansion’s main building and wings from the 1700s. Here are superbly equipped conference rooms with ample space for up to 60 people, 5-6 group work for 8-10 people. Most conference rooms in the Villa Lugnsbo were built in 1896 as the residence of the ironmaster Carl Leijonhielm and located in a lush parka bout 300 yards from the mansion.
