The flexible plenary room for 1400 delegates and the 30 break out rooms make the convention center a unique addition to the existing conference venues in The Hague. Right next to the plenary hall is the second large room of 700 m2 and an exhibition area of 500 m2. In addition, the conference location has no less than 30 sub-rooms of various sizes. These are flexible and can be set up in any desired layout, and have natural light. Audio-visual: always plug & play! During an event or meeting our staff will ensure that everything is arranged down to the last detail. Each room has a projector and screen or flat screen. Plug & play and get to work! Under the guidance of the Event Design Collective, we offer organizers the opportunity to (further) design their conference in the Event Design Lab SM. Based on the Event Canvas™️ methodology, the international benchmark for designing effective events, we help national and international event managers and PCOs to get a grip on the value of an event.
