Cancellation Policy
A signed rental worksheet and agreement form are required to put a tentative hold on a date. A tentative hold means you have first right of refusal is someone else wants the date. A tentative hold will only be allowed for 30 days. To confirm a date 50% of the rental fee plus a 20% refundable damage deposit is required. The balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Once the deposit has been paid it is non-refundable.
Additional details
The upstairs room, Pugash Hall, has floor to ceiling windows and a balcony on two sides of the room. It has a rotunda in part of the room which has a fabric colored parachute ceiling. The downstairs room, The Sky Lounge, has floor to ceiling windows on two sides and a large, walk-out patio. Pugash Hall and the Sky Lounge can accommodate up to 223 people for a seated event. The W. Meeting Room can accommodate a smaller group of up to 35 guests in any configuration. It has a drop-down projection screen and opens up onto a large balcony. The Board Room can accommodate 16 people around a beautiful oval-shaped conference table with plush chairs. It also opens up onto the balcony.
