Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Amberg

The Amberger Congress Centrum is one of Bavaria's leading congress centres, a modern-looking building in an idyllic park setting, boasts a large conference hall, five flexible meeting rooms, additional workshop rooms and three foyers. It is the ideal business location for between ten and 800 people and offers an underground car park, direct hotel access, its own restaurant and proximity to the historical old quarter.

The pilgrimage goes back to a vow of the residents of Amberg in the plague and war year of 1634. So they asked the Mother of God for help and vowed to perform their pilgrimages every year, if salvation came.

As the two arcs reflect in the water on the Vils, they are reminiscent of glasses. So this is how the part of the city wall “Amberg’s landmark” came to his nickname.
