Covert Cocktail Club
Covert Cocktail Club
Multi-city
Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era. Liberated from the confines of a single location, Covert Cocktail Club now brings the speakeasy right to your door—be it at your home, office, bar mitzvah, dinner party, bachelor/ette party or anywhere you choose!

Dylan Galvin Entertainment
Dylan Galvin Entertainment
Los Angeles
Dylan’s impressive resume includes performing for celebrities (Oscar Nunez, Fabio, Dylan Mcdermott), National Brands (Coca Cola, Wells Fargo, Delta, Chick-Fil-A, Wingstop), international audiences and high-profile clients at iconic venues (The Venetian, SLS Hotel, W Hotel, 1 Hotel, Willis Tower, Terrenea Resort). Dylan offers a full-stop live entertainment experience, including the top-of-the-line sound system suitable for audiences of over 300 people. His song list is a variety of everything from classics, easy listening, pop, and 80s and 90s to modern hits. His unparalleled musicianship offers dynamic performances ranging from soft acoustic instrumentals to mid-tempo acoustic guitar with vocals all the way to upbeat dance floor top 40’s with electric guitar, making him an incredibly versatile performer that can be a unique alternative to a DJ or having to hire several musicians for different parts of an event. He is able to perform wirelessly, walking around while performing, interacting with the crowd, and raising the energy of the room. Dylan has an extensive history in music, including recording at the legendary East West Studios, where Elvis, The Beatles, U2, and Harry Styles also recorded. He’s recorded with Hans Zimmer’s first violinist, Dua Lipa’s cellist, and frequently performs with Cindy Lauper’s keyboard player. He has released original music on Spotify and has co-directed and starred in several music videos, shared stages with members of the off-Broadway musical STOMP, and even composed music for the documentary “The Essential Church,” which peaked at #1 in the Apple TV Documentaries category. “Nothing short of spectacular” - Valerie Vandenberghe | The Vibe Agency Inquire for other options as well (duo, trio, sax, drummer, DJ, etc)

Nashville
Brought to you by the team from Church and Union Nashville, Church and Union Charleston, Tempest Charleston, La Belle Helene Charlotte and Church and Union Charlotte. Ophelia’s Pizza + Bar is now open for dinner service. Situated below the historical L&C Tower in the heart of Downtown Nashville, Ophelia's offers signature pizza pies, classic Italian entrée's, specialty cocktails and one of a kind dessert experiences. "When we started working on the concept behind Ophelia’s Pizza + Bar, we were really inspired by the classic Shakespearean tragedy, Hamlet,” says Patrick Whalen, co-owner of the 5th Street Group.“ We wanted to reimagine European dining traditions and bring it to downtown Nashville's dynamic atmosphere." The menu focuses on Italian inspired cuisine created by Chef Partners Jamie Lynch and Adam Hodgson utilizing imported Italian ingredients as well as local Nashville products. Chef Jamie boasts an impressive culinary background including Le Cirque, Aureole and Café Boulud. Since opening Church and Union Charlotte in 2012, he has been recognized as Charlotte Magazine’s Best Chef 5 separate times. He competed on Season 14 of Top Chef in Charleston where he made his mark with his controversial decision to give up immunity, the only time in the show’s history, he also competed on Season 17 Top Chef All Stars LA. “We have created a menu that caters to both locals and visitors who are seeking a dining experience that combines the city's character with playful and classic flavors," said Chef Partner Jamie Lynch. "Our dishes are fresh takes on traditional favorites, and we're thrilled to bring another really great dining option to 4th Avenue in downtown Nashville.” Following dinner service each Friday and Saturday, Ophelia's will offer the After-Dinner Party Experience from 10:30pm-3am. Sip cocktails at one of Ophelia's exclusive VIP tables in the main room or on the outdoor patio, and close out your night with a signature 'Happy Ending.' (2 boxes of pizza to go)
