More

The Grand Resort Bad Ragaz is a retreat for relaxation and recuperation. Just an hour’s drive from Zurich, the first-class spa hotel is nestled amidst the foothills of the Alps in Eastern Switzerland and surrounded by a spectacular mountain landscape with picturesque hiking trails and stunning ski resorts. The resort is centered around a bathing and spa tradition spanning hundreds of years. This allows us to offer the unique combination of our own thermal spring coupled with everything a five-star luxury resort has to offer, including its own Medical Health Center. Here, you can immerse yourself in a world of peace, a world of nature, enjoyment and inspiration. For renewed strength and vitality. Europe’s Leading Wellbeing & Medical Health Resort consists of two five-star establishments, the Grand Hotel Quellenhof & Spa Suites and the Grand Hotel Hof Ragaz. The 242 rooms and suites are havens of elegance, design and comfort. Eight restaurants, with a total of 1 Michelin star and 48 GaultMillau points, as well as three bars, a sushi takeaway, a bistro and a café, provide exquisite culinary delights. In addition, the resort also boasts two golf courses, the Meetings & Events Center, the public Tamina Therme thermal spa and its own Casino to make every stay a truly unique experience. Relaxation meets exclusivity in the thermal spa. Whether in the historic Helena pool, the sports pool, the garden pool, the family spa or the sauna area, the 36.5°C thermal water from the nearby Tamina gorge offers our guests unique ways to find relaxation, health and healing. This comprehensive spa offer is complemented by the medical expertise of the renowned Medical Health Center and the Clinic Bad Ragaz. The rehabilitation clinic specialises in the treatment of convalescent patients, and its long-standing experience makes it one of the best in Switzerland. Here, patients are offered five-star care. Everyone has experienced the post-lunch energy slump in conference rooms. Executive Chef Renato Wuest therefore expanded the diverse gourmet menu to include a benefit-orientated business lunch. The Saveurs Culinaires include four different lines for meals that meet guests’ individual desires and requirements: for example, to boost mental and physical performance, reduce stress or create a sense of balance within the body. There are also plenty of options for supporting programs: team building in the vineyard, a trip back in time in the Tamina gorge, a creative session with spectacular views of Mount Pizol and other outdoor activities are just a few ways to inspire the creativity of both employees and business partners alike. Further on more and more companies are showing growing commitment to employee health and wellbeing – and the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz has responded to this trend. For example, the Business & Events Center arranges incentives and events that incorporate consultations with a wellbeing coach from the Thermal Spa, brain training or short exercise classes. Groups can also take a walk on the Kneipp path that helps stimulate the circulation. Those who want to offer medical support to their executives or employees can opt for the business check-up in the resort’s own Medical Health Center. The beautiful setting, the breathtaking mountain panorama all around and an experienced events team able to combine inspiration and savoir-vivre to create a unique blend of perfect hospitality – these are the elements that make any event at the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz absolutely unique. The impressively designed Kursaal Business & Events Center and eight different restaurants offer a diverse range of culinary and venue options for anniversaries, Christmas parties, weddings and more.
