About us

The Artist Grand Hotel of Art is the only 5-star hotel in front of the Guggenheim. Having been completely newly renovated in 2018, luxury can now be found in its spacious ambience, its extraordinary service, the passion for art and design, as well as an elegant and cosmopolite style. Just like the artist who seeks to create something unique, at The Artist - Grand Hotel of Art, we have created a unique experience for our guests. From the space, where art is much more than decoration, to every experience. Here, eating, drinking, resting, or having fun becomes something extraordinary. Located opposite the Guggenheim Museum, The Artist enjoys a constant dialogue with it. Its impressive rooftop terrace, The Rooftop, its street-level bistro, The Gallery, and the secret and exclusive lobby bar, Sixty One 61, each converse in their own way with the museum and the city. Not to mention its gastronomic restaurant, Olio; the expression of local cuisine with a touch of "savoir faire" at the highest level. Inside, in a contemporary, modern, and sober atmosphere, art meets us as soon as we arrive in its impressive atrium, and then surprises us around every corner, on every wall or hallway. Its 145 rooms house various contemporary artworks. Some of them additionally feature another exceptional work through its windows: the Guggenheim itself. "When inspiration comes, let it find me working," said Picasso. That's why, at The Artist - Grand Hotel of Art, we offer our spaces to our visitors. Six versatile and multifunctional meeting rooms that can be adapted for events of up to 250 people. Located on the first floor, with natural light and views of the Guggenheim, they are the perfect space to let the muses whisper in your ear.
