No outside food or beverage and no minors under the age of 21.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be canceled by individuals without penalty up to 4:00 P.M. on the day prior to arrival. However, guests will be charged one night’s room rate, plus tax, on reservations canceled after 4:00 P.M. on the day prior to arrival or in the event a guest fails to check in as scheduled (no-show). Should Meeting Group cancel this Agreement after final ratification, other than as permitted herein the Hard Rock shall be entitled to a cancellation fee equal to an amount determined by the date written cancellation notice is received by Hard Rock: • Cancellation of function made on or between 90 and 60 days prior to first event will result in 100% forfeiture of deposit and 25% of gross anticipated banquet revenues. • Cancellation of function made on or between 59 and 30 days prior to first event will result in 100% forfeiture of deposit and 50% of gross anticipated banquet revenues. • Cancellation of function less than 30 days prior to the first event will result in full forfeiture of deposit and 90% of gross anticipated banquet revenues. Percentage of gross anticipated banquet revenues shall be calculated by multiplying the average meal price of $25.00 per person by the number of people expected at time of cancellation as indicated on most recent correspondence between Hard Rock and The Group. If The Group cancels the Agreement prior to arrival, The Group agrees to pay Hard Rock the applicable cancellation fee noted above. This amount shall constitute full settlement of any and all obligations arising out of non-performance of this Agreement.
