Chima has a prix fixe menu. For dinner, each guest receives unlimited portions of 16 different cuts of rotisserie meat served in skewers by our gauchos (meat chefs), unlimited trips to our vast salad bar, and servings of 5 hot side dishes served directly to the table (the meat selection is called rodizio). **If a guest does not want all of the meats, they may choose our vegetarian salad bar option that still includes the grilled salmon and grilled swordfish served by the gauchos. There is always something for everyone!
