The hotel is located 15kms from Dublin International Airport or approximately 25 minutes by taxi travelling at off peak times. Via Airlink (between 30 – 60 minutes): The Airlink 757 serves the south side of Dublin City, and goes as far as Camden (Charlotte Way and Harcourt Street), with stops at Grand Canal Dock, Pearse Street, Merrion Square, St. Stephen’s Green, Earlsfort Terrace and Adelaide road. There is a stop located beside our sister hotel the Davenport, a 1-minute walk from the hotel lobby. Via Taxi: (20 – 45 minutes depending on time of day) Taxis are available outside the main doors of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 at the airport 24/7. Our reception team can call you a taxi to the airport on your departure from the Alex. Via Car: (20 – 45 minutes depending on time of day) You can travel via the city centre or the toll bridge.
