DBH Ellesmere Business Centre is located in Ellesmere Port, England. Comprising of a new purpose built air conditioned office building arranged on ground and two upper floors, Pioneer House is designed to cater for the widest range of office requirements. Pioneer House is able to provide conference facilities to both tenants and external clients. Meeting rooms are located on the ground and first floors and are finished to a very high standard. The rooms can be laid out in a variety of ways from a formal board room to a more open plan theatre style.
