It is a few minutes drive from the M6, M42. M5 and A45 road network. National Exhibition Centre (Birmingham) is only 4 miles from the hotel.Ideal group base midweek is 160- 180 rooms per night. This is driven from national organisations requiring a central UK location as well as Associations. Has limited special corporate business which is driven mainly from projects locally. Hotel is close to Birmingham Business park (4 miles) and Hamms Hall at Coleshill (8 miles). Hotel ideally situated for exhibitors/ attendees to the National exhibition centre which hosts both National and International exhibitions and trade fairs. Midweek residential corporate golf on the decline so new corporate companies need to be researched to improve this sector. Weekends is residential leisure golf, weddings and transients. Hotel has 2 golf courses and leisure facilities
