When it is time to plan a meeting or event, our hotel features 11,495 sq. ft. of flexible event space to accommodate any occasion. With the perfect mix of business and leisure, expect a stress-free stay when reserving accommodations at SpringHill Suites Fort Worth Historic Stockyards. We will be able to accommodate up to 100 rooms in group weekday and 70 rooms weekend. Our maximum seating at one time in the Niles City Ballroom will be 150 for banquet or classroom and up to 300 theater style. With our 2376 sq. ft. ballroom plus five break out rooms, we can accommodate up to six different groups at one time. Our ballroom will have natural lighting, a separate entrance, and 3020 sq. ft. of pre-function space with plenty of space for trade shows and dining. We will also have outdoor space outside the ballroom with 3000 sq. ft. and an additional 1564 sq. ft. outdoor flexible space on the rooftop. We will feature on-site catering and access to our rooftop bar for special events or receptions from a menu designed by a world renowned chef. In addition to the ballroom and break out rooms, we will have five suites available for small meetings in our Presidential suite, Junior Presidential Suite, and three King boardroom suites.
