Cancellation Policy
We understand that the Group will guarantee these reservations for late arrival. Individual Reservations must be cancelled before 3:00 PM Local Hotel Time, 24-hours prior to date of arrival to avoid a no-show fee of one night’s room and tax, which will be billed to Group Master. In the event of a no-show, all remaining nights of the stay will automatically be cancelled. Either the Property or Group may cancel this contract without cause upon written notice to the other party at any time prior to the event and upon payment of an amount based on the following scale, plus applicable taxes: Cancellation between Contract Signing and 61 days prior to arrival: 25% of Contracted Revenue Cancellation between 60 days prior and 31 days prior to arrival: 70% of Contracted Revenue Cancellation between 30 days prior and date of arrival: 100% of Contracted Revenue
