Yes, Disposable items are not available as a standard option and are only offered to guests upon request for takeaway. The takeaway options offered to guests are not made of plastic as a standard. Straws and stirrers are made of biodegradable material.

Yes, 100% renewable energy. Production mix 2022: 41% residual heat, 39% secondary wood fuels, 9% flue gas condensation, 8% reclaimed wood, 1% auxiliary electricity, 1% bio oil.
