The Poverty Bay Club is located in Gisborne, New Zealand. A fine example of late Nineteenth Century provincial architecture, the Poverty Bay Club building is an intrinsically valuable landmark in New Zealand’s most eastern city. The building, erected in 1898 is the work of noted local architect William Peter Finneran. Hold your next celebration or conference at our club. We have 3 meeting facilities that are available for private hire. We can accommodate up to 400 people in The Dome for events, functions and corporate meetings and conferences.
