Tonic Cafe
About us
Tonic Wine and Coffee Café is a 60 seat upmarket restaurant operating since 2004, in the upcoming and trend setting Chirn Park area of the Gold Coast. The present chef, Steve Stewart-Sturges, from Canada, has lifted the status and quality of the menu from its previous life as a tapas bar, giving Tonic an informal, yet sleek and urban appeal. Tonic has long been a favourite with the locals as the place to go for the casual after work drink, amazing coffees, hearty weekend breakfast, long lunch or nightly fine dining, all reasonably priced. Tonic is the perfect venue for groups, whether a company breakfast meeting, cocktail night or a three course plated dinner for up to 60.
