Gumeracha Town Hall was opened in 1909 and was renovated and refurbished in 1999. The adjoining Civic Centre / Library was opened in 2000. The Hall is owned by the Adelaide Hills Council and run by a volunteer management committee as an incorporated body. This is a lovely old hall that lends itself to traditional events such as weddings and parties, concerts and theatre events, large meetings and conferences. It is well used by the local community, including schools and local organizations with some bookings made 12 months in advance.
