About us

Institute of The Motor Industry is located at Fanshaws, Brickendon, Hertford. A beautiful Jacobean style house situated in the Hertfordshire countryside, Fanshaws is the serene venue for your next meeting. We offer space for conferences, exhibitions and training facilities as well as quiet and tranquil outdoor space. Purpose built, the Conference Centre is equipped with the latest presentation facilities, and provides back projection of computer, slide, video and television presentations. These may be controlled by the speaker at the touch of a button from the lectern or from the remote control panel. Whether you wish to host two or 60 delegates, we have the facilities to cater to your every need in style, and our personal approach will leave you confident that your guests will be looked after. We take time to understand your exact requirements and pay attention to every detail. We know how important it is to get the audio-visual spot-on and will provide AV assistance to clients. Our in-house customer service and technical support team will be on hand throughout the day, to help you and your speakers with all your audio-visual needs.
