The First hotel is ideally located near the main International Trade Fair Center: Tan Binh Exhibition and Convention Center, Phu Tho Stadium & Exhibition Center. It is only 5 minutes drive from Tan Son Nhat international and domestic airport and 15 minutes drive from downtown Ho Chi Minh City and China Town which is the first stop on the way to all the big cities of Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. Hotel has Conference rooms and facilities for up to 600 guests & Banquet and wedding facilities for up to 1000 guests.
