A world class, state-of-the-art venue with a pillar-less internal hall spanning 6,480 sq. meters, HICC is the first of its kind convention destionation in South Asia. The hall can accommodate up to 400 tables in banquet setting and 6000 in cocktail setting. Basis requirement, the entire area can be divided into 6 smaller halls with the help of mobile operable walls that have been covered with Teak & Silk. These walls help provide a soundproof experience in a stylish ball room setting. The hall has 18-ft. x 16-ft. screen capacity along with the latest sound systems built into the roof to provide an ambient, concert-like experience.
Additional Information
A 500-person reception area with 16 terminals for registrations is located on the ground level. Additionally, at the entry of the convention centre, 8 terminals with a different reception area have been provided to allow for foreign exchange, travel, PCO, concierges facility or any special front desk operational requirement. The main reception has a back office with 16 workstations with attached kitchen, pantry and two additional meeting rooms. An all-purpose built organiser's area is present adjacent to the main reception. Each office has a suite of four rooms, which includes an arrival lounge area of 30 sq. meters for organizer's guests, a workstation office of 27 sq. meters, and a private organizer's office. We also have a cloakroom facility with phone and Internet for delegates on the Ground Level. Ameneties available on LEVEL 1: • A Business Centre with Internet facility, dual plasma screen displays for easy venue viewing, and 38 CCTVs, thereby making it convenient for the event organizers, operations team and also security over look the facility • A stunning glass Board Room overlooking a lake and exhibition centre with both indoor and outdoor options available, and a separate entrance for private access to the meeting space within Novotel Hotel • Additional 6 boardrooms and meeting rooms along with 4 separate speaker preparation rooms as well as breakout rooms are available on LEVEL 2.
