After 12 to 13 month gestation period, pregnant female begin to arrive in late december to caive in the Pacific Ocean Waters. Males are smaller than female whales. They are 40 to 50 feet long and their weight is up to 73,000 pounds with a life period of 30 to 50 years.

Cancellation Clause Our standard cancellation clause is not a penalty as it establishes liquidated damages as a percentage of anticipated room revenue due to total cancellation after contract signature, based on the following sliding scale: 100 % of anticipated room and food and beverage revenue in the event of cancellation 0 to 30 days prior to arrival 90 % of anticipated room and food and beverage revenue in the event of cancellation 31 to 90 days prior to arrival 75 % of anticipated room and food and beverage revenue in the event of cancellation occurring 91 to 180 days prior to group arrival 50 % of anticipated room and food and beverage revenue in the event of cancellation occurring from date of contract signature to 181 days prior to group arrival.
