Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Accommodation Booking Please advise us your rooming list as soon as possible to enable us to make necessary arrangement. Kindly note that any changes or reduction in rooms must be informed to the hotel within 24 hours prior to arrival. Should there be any no show or cancellation within 24 hours, a full room rate charge will be levied according to the confirmed booking. Cancellation Event conditions: In an event of cancellation after confirmation, please refer to the following. Any deposits paid are included in the overall cancellation penalty: -Less than thirty (30) days prior to the function date: A charge, equal to 50% of the total estimated revenue, will be levied. -Less than fifteen (15) days prior to the function date: A charge, equal to 75% of the total estimated revenue, will be levied. -Less than seven (7) days prior to the function commencing: A charge, equal to 100% of the total estimated revenue, will be levied.
