State Farm Stadium, with its retractable roof and field, is unlike any other stadium in North America, and a marvel of design, engineering, and technology. This multi-purpose facility is located in Glendale, Arizona. The primary tenants in the stadium include the NFL's Arizona Cardinals and the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl. The 63,400-seat stadium (expandable to 72,200) opened on August 1, 2006 after three years of construction. The ceremonial groundbreaking was held on April 12, 2003.

The Gila River Arena opened its doors on December 26, 2003. The arena was built as a state-of-the-art, multi-purpose facility and anchors the 223-acre, $1 billion development Westgate City Center - the "crown jewel" of sports and entertainment complexes. Owned by the City of Glendale, the Gila River Arena is home to the National Hockey League's Arizona Coyotes. Since opening, the arena has established itself as one of the premiere sports and entertainment venues in the country and has earned its place of distinction as "Arizona's must play."

The Arizona Science Center, with the assistance of a distinguished Education Advisory Committee that included representatives from the State's universities, school systems, businesses, and community groups, performed a needs assessment for science learning in Arizona. The findings were incorporated into the selection of exhibits, year-one programmatic offerings, and strategies to reach key segments of the public: youth, adolescents, parents, and teachers.

The Orpheum Theatre is an internationally recognized showcase for arts and entertainment. Originally opened in 1929, the Theatre is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and recognized as one of the West’s most significant theater structures. Now owned and operated by the City of Phoenix, the Orpheum remains a premier theater location for everything from stage shows and plays, to dance, music concerts, private events and more.
