Cancellation Policy

Individual guest room reservations may be cancelled up to 30-days prior to arrival. Group cancellation terms are on a sliding scale.

Facility Restrictions

The perfect size group is 160 rooms/suites per night or 325 maximum total rooms/suites for a buyout. The rates, terms and conditions extended are based on the assumption that the hotel's contract will be the sole operating document should the group choose to move forward with confirming this event at our hotel.

333 total rooms/suites; which includes 36 suites in the main building + 5 Residences The entire resort was been transformed in 2018/2019 following a $220+ million floor to ceiling renovation. Since that time we have continued to reinvest capital annually to improve the overall guest experience and offerings. Francis Brown Suite on the main lobby level is a specialty entertainment/hospitality suite with panoramic second floor views. We have two 18-hole golf courses (North & South), plus a 9-hole executive course (wikiwiki course), a driving range and putting green.
