About us
Pan Asian ITC Sonar is built around three interactive kitchens features delectable cuisines from China, Thailand, Mongolia, Korea and Japan prepared at site by master chefs. From the Teppanyaki & Yakitori styles of preparations to the Korean Bar-be-cues and Hot Pots or the Chinese & Thai Stir and Wok Fry to the Mangolian Brazier, Pan Asian is a one-stop destination for Asian Food lovers. This split-level restaurant reflects the spirit of the orient with Chinese paper lamps, urns and bamboo shoots replete with oriental colored walls and pillars. At Pan Asian, one can savour the mysteries of Asia in a journey that begins with an intensive tour of the Chinese Sichuan and Beijing province, the second major stop being Thailand, followed by The Land of the Rising Sun, Japan. Transit stops in Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Burma, Vietnam, with two important overnight stops in remote and rustic Mongolia and in the land of the Morning Calm, Korea. The restaurant is a result of research on these cuisines, over a period of time, by our culinary experts, during their frequent trips to the Orient to gather expertise and resources.
