Cancellation Policy
• More than 120 days prior to the Arrival Date up to 100% of the guest bedrooms/suites reserved by the Client may be released without charge (except that the Hotel shall be entitled to retain the initial non-refundable deposit). • 120-91 days prior to the Arrival Date up to 50% of the remaining block of bedrooms/suites may be released without charge. However, for each room cancelled in excess of 50% the Client will incur a cancellation charge equal to 10% of the Contracted Room Rate. • 90-61 days prior to the Arrival Date up to 25% of the remaining block of bedrooms/suites may be released without charge. However for each room cancelled in excess of 25% the Client will incur a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the Contracted Room Rate. • 60-31 days prior to the Arrival Date up to 5% of the remaining block of bedrooms/suites may be released without charge. However for each room cancelled in excess of 5% the Client will incur a cancellation charge equal to 75% of the Contracted Room Rate. • 30 days or less prior to the Arrival Date, any bedrooms/suites cancelled (including no-shows on the Arrival Date) will incur a cancellation charge to the Client equal to 100% of the Contracted Room Rate.
