Cancellation Policy
Cancellation over 30 days will incur a charge of 50% of room hire. Cancellation under 30 days will incur a charge of 100% of room hire. Cancellation of under 72 hours will incur a charge of 100% of room hire and catering charges.
Facility Restrictions
Our largest space is located on the ground floor. This is our 58VE space which can hold up to 180 in theatre style or 95 in cabaret. Our Lounge and Balcony is available for private hire from 5.30pm onwards. This space is able to hold up to 100 people. Our alcohol and music licence is available up until midnight. However it can be extended upon request.

MR6.1 & MR6.2 The largest meeting room available on our sixth floor offers a flexible space which can hold up to 50 people theatre style. The room looks out onto our lounge and terrace area providing natural light into a functional working space suitable for larger training sessions, workshops and presentations. The space is fully supported by plug and play AV technology and room temperature control. Lounge & Balcony Entertain your guests in a welcoming space and create an event to remember in this impressive intimate setting with stunning views over the River Thames and a private balcony allowing your guests to enjoy the exclusive central London setting. Whether hosting a drinks reception, celebrating a milestone or creating a buzz around a product launch the lounge and balcony at 58VE will set the perfect scene for a party. Sixth Floor Meeting Rooms Our three meeting rooms on level six provide functional working spaces suitable for meetings for 8 to 16 people fully equipped with plug and play technology and temperature control. Each room is bathed in natural light and features views onto 58VE’s classical facade with sightlines across the River Thames and over London’s skyline. Our venue can provide meeting spaces onsite only. We do not have any bedrooms onsite however we do have preferential rates with a local hotel - The Hilton Bankside.
