Cancellation Policy
We understand that event planning comes with a lot of risk and therefore currently offer some of the most competitive and accommodating cancellation policies in the venue industry. We require just 2 weeks notice (14+ days) to cancel a booked event without any penalty. If you cancel between 1 week and 2 weeks (7 to 13 days) from your event date we require a 50% cancellation fee of agreed minimum numbers. If you cancel within 1 week (within 6 days) of your event, we require 100% of the fee of agreed minimum numbers.
Facility Restrictions
Unfortunately we do not host social events such as parties or wedding receptions.
Additional Information
All suites are flexible and can be adjusted to suit your needs. Other configurations available include U-Shape, Horseshoe, Banquet, Classroom and Pods. There are a range of packages on offer which include room hire only, catering and DDR packages depending on your event requirements.
