Must be 21 or older to check-in. Housekeeping is not included in room rate; however, is available for a fee. No pets allowed.
Cancellation Policy
The group may cancel this contract without cause upon written notice to the resort up to 30 days prior to arrival. If cancellation of this contract becomes necessary, to avoid forfeiture of any deposit paid or payment of penalties, the resort must receive written notification 30 days prior to arrival. All deposits for individual rooms are fully refundable if a room is cancelled 72 hours or more prior to the arrival date. The group remains bound, however, by any cancellation fee of this agreement. Individuals shall be responsible for their own room, tax, incidental charges, and other charges not authorized by the group to be billed to the Master Account.

Sunset Cove Resort offers newly renovated spacious, 3-bedroom luxury villas set on Smokehouse Bay with onsite boat docking for its guests. We offer complimentary shuttle service to nearby Tigertail and South Beach, DVD's, Newspaper, and bicycles based on availability.
