About us
Hand Picked Hotel Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa is a magnificent country house hotel set in 38 acres of beautiful grounds and gardens near Nantwich, Cheshire. This Georgian mansion, built in 1816, has retained much of the ‘Old Hall’ charm with cosy lounges, a stylish Drawing room and it's renowned Restaurant which has recently gained 3 AA Rosettes and offers A la Carte and chef's experience menus. In 2007 the property was enhanced with a health club and spa, stylish executive bedrooms, purpose designed and built conference and event facilities and more recently in 2016 all the classic rooms were completely renovated. Offering a selection of styles including family rooms and suites each of the hotel’s 69 bedrooms reflect a classic contemporary theme, with facilities such as widescreen LCD TV, fridge, complimentary Wi-Fi and most with air conditioning. The event and meeting rooms are fully equipped with integrated AV facilities and offer HDMi connectivity with 4K televisions and in-room printer/scanner. They also featurefree Wi-Fi, natural daylight, air-conditioning, screens and LCD projectors. All this is supported by our professional events team who take a friendly approach to your event management. The flexible conference rooms, roof terraces and private bar area make it an ideal choice for your event whether it is a professional business meeting, large conference, Company event or private party. During your stay enjoy the use of Rookery Hall’s luxurious Health Club and Spa with its informal Café Bar, glass-roofed 17 metre swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, 7 treatment rooms, a relaxation room, fitness studio, a fully-equipped gym, steam room and sauna. Cancellation Policy
6. CANCELLATION OR CHANGES MADE BY THE CLIENT i. If the Client needs to cancel the booking, the Client must tell the Hotel by telephone and confirm in writing as soon as possible. ii. If the Client cancels, or reduces facilities or minimum numbers as stated in these Terms & Conditions, the Client must pay the Hotel cancellation charges as follows: a) Cancellations 181 days or more before Event Start Date - no charge b) Cancellations 180 - 91 days before Event Start Date - 25% c) Cancellations 90 - 61 days before Event Start Date - 50% d) Cancellations 60 - 31 days before Event Start Date 85% e) Cancellations less than 30 days before Event Start Day - 100% iii. The Hotel will try to re-hire the event facilities that the Client has cancelled. If the Hotel is able to re-hire these facilities, it will deduct any revenue received from the cancellation charges payable by the Client. iv. Any postponement of confirmed business will be considered as a cancellation.

The Restaurant has 3 AA Rosettes. The hotel has 23 Classic style rooms (all recently renovated) 40 Superior rooms (37 in the newer wing) 2 Feature bedrooms, 3 junior Suites and a Suite. The Bar area leads out onto a rear terrace area with outdoor furniture and a lawn area with a central fountain.
