General** * The hotel will make arrangements for only **10% over and above** the minimum guaranteed number of guests. Attendance exceeding this limit will be charged at an incremental rate of **120% of the agreed per-person price**. * For events, meal billing will be based on **plate count**. * As per the Excise Policy, the bar will close at **2330 hrs**. Service of alcohol will be as per the prevailing law applicable on the day of the event. * The hotel does not provide any storage space other than the rooms reserved by the client and will not accept liability for any damage to or loss of uncollected goods. All goods stored will be at the client's own risk. * Guests are not permitted to exchange room keys or rooms among themselves. * The hotel will not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft suffered by guests or any third party. * The hotel will not accept responsibility for any damage to or loss of merchandise left at the hotel before, during, or after the event. Organizers are advised to arrange their own insurance and/or security. * The guest shall be liable for any damage caused to hotel property by themselves, their invitees, vendors, or contractors. Audio-Visual / Music** * All audio-visual equipment can be arranged by the hotel at an additional charge. * The hotel will not permit any audio-visual checks between **2300 hrs and 0800 hrs**. * Complimentary hotel background music during dinner will be available throughout the event. However, all entertainment must cease by **2330 hrs** in closed venues. * No music shall be permitted in the pre-function areas. * In open-air venues, all music and sound amplification must stop by **2200 hrs**. * Daytime events (**0800 hrs–1730 hrs**) are not permitted to have live or recorded music unless approved by the hotel. * Sound decibel (dB) levels for all events will be monitored as per the **Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB)** guidelines. *D. Outside Food * The hotel reserves the right to disallow outside food. * If outside food is permitted, the total number of items shall not exceed four items per meal period, excluding main course items (e.g., chaat items). * The vendor must ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are followed. Décor The hotel has a panel of approved décor vendors for social events, and their contact details can be shared upon request.
