Cancellation Policy

We appreciate as much advance notice as possible about cancellations to allow for other programming. Cancellation more than 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled event: If you re-book for a different date, you may re-use your deposit towards the rescheduled event. Deposit is 50% refundable if event is canceled. Cancellation within 14 calendar days of the scheduled event: If you rebook for a different date, you may re-use 50% of your non-refundable deposit. The other 50% will be charged as a rescheduling fee. If you cannot provide an alternate date, your deposit is non-refundable. The rescheduled event date must fall within one year of the originally agreed upon date. The rescheduled event must be of equal or greater value.
