Deposits are not refunded for any event which is cancelled less than 30 days prior to an event. Any event cancelled within 72 hours of its scheduled event date will be charged 100% of the rental agreement.

Event Insurance

Event insurance is not required.

Facility Restrictions

Catered events are required to use-on site catering services or use our pre-approved caterers. Other caterers can be considered, but will require pre-approval which cannot be guaranteed. No outside snacks, food or drinks are allowed at any event.
