More
The Oxford Town Hall opened in 1931 and is a significant presence in the centre of Oxford. The main hall features a stage and ground floor area, as well as a sizeable upper balcony with fixed seating. Toilets are located off the main entrance foyer. A supper room alongside the main hall is serviced by a spacious kitchen. This wing of the building (known as the A&P Hall) can also be booked separately for smaller functions. It caters for up to 60 people. The main hall can accommodate up to 170, with a further 65 seats making up the balcony. In addition to regular movie showings and a craft market, the hall regularly plays host to local community groups, service organizations and schools. Casual hire is available for a range of functions or events.
