Located in the Farm District a short walk from anywhere in town, Sunrise Pool is open to Seabrook Hospitality guests daily, year-round. The pool is a 4-lane, 25-yard lap pool with a large hot tub and covered lounge area. The attached fitness center is also open daily.

Seabrook’s new fitness center is open, along with the heated outdoor pool! Get your morning swim in along with a workout all in one convenient location. From cardio to weights and functional fitness equipment, you’ll find what you need for your routine workout. The new fitness center is 1,728 square feet! The heated/air-conditioned room brings all of the traditional gym equipment for a full-body workout with some new additions coming, too. There is also an after-hours fitness center entrance available after the pool and lobby closes, making working out anytime a convenient option.
