Just a couple minutes drive from Paihia and located within the Waitangi National Trust Reserve, Copthorne Hotel and Resort Bay of Islands is nestled on the shore of the Pacific Ocean. The historic Treaty House is a couple minutes walk away, as well as the scenic Waitangi golf course. The hotel offers magnificent ocean and bay views within a subtropical park-like setting. With 180 guest rooms and 6 luxury suites offering a choice of water view or garden view, Copthorne Hotel & Resort Bay of Islands provides the standard of accommodation you expect from an international hotel and resort. Rooms offer comfort and relaxation with expansive glass panels either looking out to the charming garden surrounds of the hotel or the sparkling waters of the bay with external access to either a deck or balcony. Copthorne Hotel and Resort is largest tourist resort and conference center in Northland, featuring 7 air-conditioned conference rooms able to accommodate functions from training seminars, workshops, board meetings through to product launches and banquet dinners catering for up to 400 theatre style and 250 banquet. The venue also provides a great exhibition area and day catering space with all modern conference equipment available.
