DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia Center City is centrally located in the heart of Philadelphia's cultural district on Broad Street just south of City Hall, on the Avenue of the Arts. • Across from the Academy of Music and Kimmel Cultural Campus, this comfortable high-rise is within walking distance of many of Philadelphia's attractions including the Pennsylvania Convention Center, City Hall, Rittenhouse Square Park, and the Liberty Bell. • Hotel has 27,300 sq. ft. of flexible function space including a 5,540 sq. ft. Grand Ballroom (Ormandy), 4,900 sq. ft. junior ballroom (Symphony), the 4,800 sq. ft. Assembly on Five full-service conference center, and 6,600 sq. ft. Outdoor Terrace. • Assembly on Five Conference Center features 7 spacious conference rooms with window views, hi-tech built-ins, interior design lighting, ergonomic seating, a welcoming lobby, and breakout space including an outdoor patio. All groups on this conference floor enjoy wireless internet access and the services of a dedicated event team. • 481 sleeping rooms including 48 kitchenette suites, the Suites on 5, which are ideal for extended stays and located in an addition to the hotel. Many of the rooms in our original tower feature gorgeous views of either the Center City skyline or the Delaware River. • Enjoy casual fare and drinks in Standing O Bar/Bistro, or for breakfast indulge in Balcony Restaurant overlooking Broad Street. Academy Coffee + Market is open daily serving La Colombe coffee beverages, sandwiches, and snacks.

As of 1/1/2018, the Philadelphia Hospitality Improvement Levy (PHiL) of .75% will be applied to room rates before the 15.5% tax rate is applied. The assessment is only charged to the room rate and not to incidentals including parking, spa, room service, restaurant, etc. A sample folio with calculations is listed below for your reference. Yes, Hilton is committed to reducing waste across our portfolio. All of our hotels were required to remove plastic straws, stir sticks and cocktail picks in 2019, and we are currently transitioning from individual bath toiletries to full-size dispensers.
